Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc seeks an Amusement/Operations Manager to lead our Ventura arcade and family entertainment facility. You will drive customer service excellence, supervise staff, and manage daily operations to meet sales goals while ensuring compliance and safety in a high-traffic, entertainment-focused environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail/arcade management, open availability including nights/weekends, and the ability to oversee alcohol service for guests 21+.

Qualifications

3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in arcade/entertainment.
Must be 21+ due to alcohol service.
Open availability, including nights and weekends.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by being visible and accessible.
Supervise department employees and plan work schedules; manage attendance.
Achieve targeted sales goals and optimize displays for traffic flow.
Enforce alcohol age restrictions and safety regulations; ensure compliance with company policy.
Monitor inventory, handle receiving, invoicing, and cash management.
Develop and coach staff for the Amusement Department.
