Round One Entertainment is hiring Customer Service Associates for our Amusement (Arcade), Bowling and Events, and Food & Beverage departments in a fast-paced bowling center. The role emphasizes friendly, helpful interaction with guests, POS operation, and event support.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, with 1–2 years of hospitality/retail experience preferred and flexibility for weekends. This is a hands-on customer-facing position in a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers during shifts to determine their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games and keep counters clean and attractive.
• Answer phone inquiries and assist guests with general questions.
• Perform open/close procedures and support other duties as assigned by management.
• Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions in Amusement.
• Assist with bowling promotions, lane assignments, and event support.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in Food & Beverage areas and manage inventory.

Round One Entertainment is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for our:

• Amusement (Arcade) Department.
• Bowling and Events Department.
• Food & Beverage Department (21+ to work on Bar preferred).

Must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.

Open availability or flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and/or closing shfits is preferred.

Essential Duties Overview:

• During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.
• Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Amusement:

• Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions.
• Maintain arcade and redemption inventory.
• Keep the game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• Perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed.

Bowling and Events:

• Assign lanes, lend equipment, and support in-store bowling promotions.
• Clean and reset bowling and activity areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and attention for parties and events.
• Assist with basic maintenance and customer instruction.
• Process sales, handle reservations, and support parties and events.

Food and Beverage (21+ to work on Bar):

• Prepare and serve food and drinks.
• Operate POS systems and clean the kitchen and dining areas.
• Open and close food service area and manage inventory.
• Support other departments when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• (Preferred) One to two years' experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
