Qualifications

• Industry certifications or ability to attain them within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the FAME Advanced Manufacturing Technician (AMT) program, including curriculum development and assessment methods.
• Develop class and activity schedules and faculty assignments in coordination with the Dean and area faculty.
• Support AMT students through academic and non-academic activities; maintain facilities and equipment.
• Oversee program budgets and inventory; participate in hiring and mentoring of faculty; support professional development.
