Job summary

IASLC is seeking an AMS & Data Performance Manager to own the Association Management System (Fonteva), ensuring performance, data integrity, and integrations. The role partners with Membership and Marketing to turn data into actions for growth and engagement.

The position is non-supervisory, exempt, and offers a hybrid schedule in downtown Denver, CO. 3+ years in data analytics and AMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration, data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, GA4) for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with AMS/CRM platforms (Fonteva or similar).
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer IASLC’s AMS (Fonteva) with IT support, ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Define KPIs with stakeholders to drive membership growth, retention, and engagement.
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks aligned to priorities.
• Support reporting cadence and communicate data-driven actions to leadership.
