Job summary

MERIT HEALTH WESLEY seeks an AMR Coordinator to lead education, development, and optimization of the Ambulatory Medical Record system across clinical settings. You will partner with market and corporate teams, clinicians, and staff to drive performance, support quality initiatives, and ensure competency with AMR usage.

You will play a key role in onboarding new staff, monitoring workflows, and delivering ongoing training to improve system utilization and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare, Health Information Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably clinical role such as MA or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provides AMR training, education, and workflow optimization for staff.
• Assesses new physician practices and clinics before AMR implementation.
• Monitors AMR utilization and collaborates on improvement plans.
• Onboards new clinical staff and provides go-live support.
• Delivers ongoing training via classroom, remote, and hands-on formats.
• Maintains AMR user access and security permissions.
