Job summary

Responsibilities

• Downloads meter reading routes daily and inputs data into electronic units.
• Maintains handhelds and Mobile Collectors to ensure accurate readings.
• Troubleshoots ERT problems and missed meters; updates MHS and GCMA.
• Conducts meter inspections and paints; ensures proper equipment readiness.
• Safely operates company vehicles and follows safety procedures.
• Responds to high bill complaints and performs meter reading validations.
• Ensures timely completion of work orders per procedures.
