Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Deployment Support Technician to join the Professional Services team. This on-site role collaborates with PM, Systems Engineering, and OTTO Motors to deploy, go-live, and optimize AMR systems on customer floors. The position includes after-hours coverage and remote work from the Nashville area when not on client sites.

Flexibility for varying shifts and long hours is required. Travel across the US and Canada is anticipated (50-60%).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in US is required.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site commissioning and integration of systems, including hardware verification, network setup, software configuration, and safety checks.
• Complete acceptance testing, document results, and help resolve readiness gaps before go-live.
• Respond to real-time issues during deployment and go-live with hands-on troubleshooting and escalation to engineering when needed.
• Deliver training to customer personnel on system operations, maintenance, and best practices.
