Qualifications

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure in Nebraska
• PTA degree acceptable with Nebraska licensure eligibility
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred; driving license required

Responsibilities

• Lead the AmpNation amputee wellness program including classes and education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Mentor staff and integrate new program ideas into clinic routines
