Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and staff meetings under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Adheres to treatment schedule and completes clinical and billing documentation.
• Works with rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
• Assists Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and procedures.
• Educates patients and families in therapy techniques.
• Maintains documentation and reports equipment needs.
• Implements individualized treatment plans and supports wellness initiatives.
