Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience building and operating high-traffic web products at scale.
• 4+ years as an engineering manager leading teams through complex, cross-team initiatives using an agile, iterative approach.
• AI-native technical leader who stays hands-on, reviewing code, prototyping agents, or debugging production issues.
• Shipped LLM-powered agents or workflows that replaced manual work with measurable outcomes.
• End-to-end ownership from design through delivery and operation, including on-call, SLOs and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Amplify Marketing and Content Platform engineering teams and set the technical vision for klaviyo.com, Klaviyo Academy, the Help Center, and related content systems.
• Drive the roadmap for AI-enabled content generation, translation, and asset production; define quality bars and human-in-the-loop boundaries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Localization to replace manual steps with AI agents.
• Balance technical leadership with people leadership to enable teams to deliver efficiently.
• Own reliability, performance, and security of klaviyo.com, including on-call and incident response.
