• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in distributed systems and high-availability backend platforms.
• Hands-on experience shipping production LLM workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, or agentic frameworks.
• Proven ability to architect event-driven, asynchronous pipelines and manage high-throughput workloads.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale Klaviyo’s Core Orchestration platform for high-traffic, low-latency services.
• Drive the technical vision for integrating AI-driven agentic workflows into core customer interactions.
• Lead adoption of AI-native software development practices to improve engineering productivity.
