Job summary

Klaviyo is hiring for an IC role in Boston focused on engineering effectiveness and AI-first enablement. You will design onboarding, enablement programs, and learning paths to accelerate engineers and improve velocity across R&D.

You will partner with Dev Infra, Eng Leadership, HRBP, Recruiting, L&D, Security, and cross-functional teams to embed AI into engineering workflows and standardize how engineering works at Klaviyo.

Qualifications

• Experience designing onboarding or bootcamps for engineering teams.
• Experience embedding AI into engineering workflows and tooling.
• Strong technical writing portfolio and ability to produce clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering onboarding and time-to-impact with AI-first approach.
• Embed AI into daily workflows, pilot tools, and measure impact.
• Codify engineering practices, workflows, and release norms in living docs.
• Design scalable learning programs, paths, workshops, and demos.
• Elevate engineering manager effectiveness with targeted enablement.
