In-N-Out Burgers, Inc. in Lathrop, California is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will perform preventative maintenance on the ammonia system, document all work in the Meat Maintenance Work Order System, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. The candidate should have a High School Diploma, relevant certifications, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Formación

• Ammonia Operator I/II and RETA CARO Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Ability to complete all assigned work including preventative maintenance.
• Ability to withstand prolonged work assignments in extreme temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Preventative maintenance on all components of the ammonia system.
• Document and maintain all work performed in the Meat Maintenance Work Order System.
• Troubleshoot and repair work on faulting components in the ammonia system.

Conocimientos

Ability to use Hand Tools

Ability to work independently

Ability to understand occupational hazards

Ability to lift 70 lbs.
