Reddy Ice seeks an experienced maintenance professional to oversee preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment. The role emphasizes ammonia refrigeration systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and safety compliance in a fast-paced ice production environment.

You will diagnose issues, perform corrective actions, and coordinate workflow to minimize downtime while maintaining equipment readiness and safe operations. Travel and shift flexibility are typically required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in industrial maintenance is required.
• Certifications listed under education are preferred (Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical).
• Completion of two of the listed certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance and repair production equipment.
• Operate processing equipment to improve times and reduce downtime.
• Manage repair parts inventory and parts ordering.
• Evaluate product quality and take corrective action.
• Perform light facility repairs and safety checklists.
• Coach others on safe tool use and maintenance practices.
• Coordinate workflow based on equipment output.
• Adhere to electrical and chemical safety practices.
