Qualifications

• RETA certification or ability to attain RETA.
• Experience in ammonia refrigeration, boiler systems, electrical controls, and facility maintenance is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and monitoring systems.
• Strong safety leadership and compliant work practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Refrigeration/Boiler Technician and assist the shift team with maintenance.
• Plan and conduct equipment repairs in collaboration with operations.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections of refrigeration and boiler systems.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities to minimize downtime.
• Maintain open communication with operations and respond to urgent work orders.
