Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of related experience or 4 years’ direct maintenance experience.
• RETA Certification and ammonia refrigeration knowledge preferred.
• Experience in engine & boiler systems, controls & instrumentation, and electrical/motor controls.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Have or be able to attain RETA certification.
• Demonstrate strong safety leadership skills and follow safe work practices.
• Work as part of a team to plan and conduct equipment repairs.
• Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections.
