Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years in industrial maintenance or food manufacturing environment.
• Industrial maintenance experience should include knowledge in three or more areas listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Refrigeration/Boiler Technician and assist maintenance personnel on shift.
• Demonstrate strong safety leadership and follow safe work practices.
• Work with a team to plan and conduct equipment repairs.
• Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities.
• Maintain open communication with operations.
• Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests promptly.
• Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices.
• Be highly motivated and able to work independently.
