Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking a Trainer I to design and deliver training materials for AML workflows and onboarding processes. You will facilitate the Embark training program, coach new hires, and provide periodic reporting of training progress to leadership.

In this role, you will develop outlines, presentations, study guides, and assessments, and tailor sessions to individual learning needs. Core hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm with potential after-hours work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of AML experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Embark training and onboarding.
• Provide feedback to new employees on AML workflows.
• Prepare training materials including outlines, presentations, study guides and assessments.
• Provide summaries of Embark performance to the L+D Manager.
• Provide coaching and support to new employees.
• Support client-specific training for staff joining new engagements.
• Develop and deliver continuing education courses.
• Provide periodic reporting of staff training records.
