Job summary

BMO Financial Group in the United States seeks an AML Training & Staffing Specialist to strengthen training delivery and staffing analytics. You will develop AML courses, maintain staffing data, and support audit/exam reporting requirements.

This role collaborates with the AML leadership team to ensure timely delivery of trainings and accurate staffing information. You will also partner with BMO Academy for course creation, enrollment, and reporting, monitor program performance, and assist with

Qualifications

Experience developing AML training materials aligned with regulatory standards.
Ability to manage staffing data and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
Support audit/exam requests with accurate documentation.
Collaborate with AML leadership and training teams to deliver courses.

Responsibilities

Develop or update AML training materials to align with regulations and policies.
Manage execution activities for updates to AML training courses.
Collaborate with AML leadership and BMO Academy for course creation, uploads, enrollment and reporting.
Monitor AML Training Program performance and ensure completion of mandatory courses.
Generate and maintain AML staffing reports and assist in Staffing Assessments.
Assist with reporting and gathering evidence for exams and audits.
