BMO U.S. is seeking an AML Training & Staffing Specialist responsible for delivering training deliverables, updating courses, and supporting audit and exam reporting.

This role ensures staffing data accuracy and aligns programs with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with the Financial Intelligence Unit, Sanctions Compliance & Watchlist, and BMO Academy to create content, monitor performance, and escalate issues to leadership as needed; the position offers salary range and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience creating AML training materials that align with regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage updates to existing AML training courses independently.
• Collaboration with Compliance & Watchlist teams to identify employee development needs.

• Maintain and report AML staffing data with monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Assist with gathering evidence for audits and exam requests.
