Job summary

BMO Financial Group is hiring an AML Training & Staffing Specialist to strengthen the AML Training Program across our U.S. operations.

You will develop courses, manage staffing data, and support audit and exam requests with precise reporting. You will collaborate with the Financial Intelligence Unit leadership and the AML Office to identify training needs, track completion, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop AML training materials and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Audit and exam reporting; maintain staffing data; generate reports.
• Monitor AML training program performance and ensure completion of mandatory courses.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and drive improvements.
• Support learners with training questions and requests via group inbox.
• Assist with staffing changes and maintain staffing data.
• Assist with evidence gathering for audits/exams.
