The position emphasizes updating training content, coordinating with BMO Academy, and ensuring timely completion of mandatory courses across the AML Office.

• Experience developing AML training materials aligned with regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage updates to AML training courses independently.
• Collaboration with leadership in FIU and Sanctions Compliance to identify training needs.
• Coordinate with BMO Academy for course creation, uploads, enrollment, and reporting.
• Track training program performance and ensure completion of mandatory courses.
