Qualifications

• 13+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in program/project management.
• Strong AML / Financial Crime / Compliance domain knowledge.
• Proven experience managing large and complex AML transformation or technology programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience in resource management, capacity planning, and team leadership.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of technology delivery, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise application delivery.
• Ability to work effectively across Business, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly proactive, accountable, and delivery-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
