Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager to lead AML Internal Audit engagements within large global banking organizations. You will manage the full audit lifecycle, develop programs and RCMs, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in internal audit, 5+ years AML IA, and strong project and communication skills to drive remediation and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 7+ years of internal audit in large financial institutions or consulting.
• 5+ years direct AML internal audit experience.
• Experience leading risk-based audits from planning through reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute AML Internal Audit engagements across large global banks.
• Manage full audit lifecycle: risk assessment, planning, scoping, testing, reporting.
• Develop audit programs, RCMS, narratives and test scripts.
• Present results to senior stakeholders and drive remediation testing.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality workpapers.
