RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced IT Audit professional to support a large global banking institution's regulatory remediation initiatives. This temporary engagement requires leading testing across AML and Financial Crimes technology, with availability to work East Coast business hours and support EMEA/APAC time zones.

The role requires 8+ years in IT Audit, strong documentation, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of IT Audit experience in large global banking institutions.
• Experience supporting regulatory remediation, issue validation, and risk management initiatives.
• Deep expertise auditing AML and Financial Crimes technology environments, including Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC/CDD.
• Experience auditing SDLC, Change Management, system configurations, and application controls.
• Experience evaluating data lineage, interfaces, system-to-system connections, and data quality controls.
• Strong controls testing, risk assessment, and substantive testing experience.
• Proven ability to independently lead and execute audit testing with minimal oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Assess remediation activities to address technology, risk, and control findings.
• Develop and execute risk-based testing strategies for controls.
• Perform IT audit testing across governance, SDLC, and data controls.
• Evaluate AML/Financial Crimes tech environments and related control frameworks.
• Review configurations, data flows, and documentation to identify risk and validate remediation.
• Conduct targeted testing and deep-dive reviews of complex technology controls.
• Identify root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
