Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent) preferred.
• 4+ years MSL or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• 3+ years hematology/oncology experience with therapeutic expertise.
• Proven track record in medical affairs, clinical development, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of oncology treatment landscapes and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
• Travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and leadership across the territory.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer discussions on AML, hematologic malignancies, biomarkers, MRD, and evolving care standards.
• Communicate complex clinical data clearly to physicians, researchers, and care teams.
• Support disease-state education, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and compliant medical activities.
• Execute scientific exchange with HCPs and formulary committees using approved materials.
• Identify educational needs and opportunities for investigators and sites.
• Serve as the contact for investigators initiating investigator-initiated studies.
• Provide investigators with technical support for study development.
• Aggregate external insights to inform strategy and launch readiness.
• Maintain clinical expertise through conferences and journals.
