Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support a late-stage AML program. This field-based role engages hematologists, oncologists, and researchers to exchange scientific data on MRD, relapse risk, and evolving standards of care.

Applicants should have an advanced clinical or scientific degree and 4+ years MSL/clinical experience in hematology/oncology, with 3+ years in the field. Willingness to travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP, NP, PA) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hematology/oncology with therapeutic area expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with investigators, KOLs, and priority institutions across the assigned territory.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific discussions regarding AML, hematologic malignancies, and evolving standards of care.
• Communicate complex clinical information clearly to diverse external stakeholders including physicians, researchers, and care teams.
• Support disease-state education programs, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and other medical activities per compliance requirements.
• Capture field insights to inform Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and launch readiness activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the field medical plan and ensure ethical engagement.
