Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to support a late-stage AML program. This field-based role engages hematologists and oncologists, sharing data and insights while supporting Medical Affairs and clinical development objectives.

The MSL will cultivate scientific exchanges, maintain clinical expertise, and travel extensively (up to 70%) to sites and investigators across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• 4+ years MSL or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• 3+ years hematology/oncology experience with therapeutic area expertise.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and work independently within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs and investigators across the territory.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer discussions on AML, hematologic malignancies, MRD, relapse risk, and standards of care.
• Communicate complex clinical data clearly to physicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support disease-state education programs, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Identify educational needs and coach investigators in study development and site engagement.
