Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support AML programs and engage investigators, hematologists, and oncologists in cutting-edge research. You will facilitate scientific exchange, communicate clinical data, and gather insights on disease biology, MRD, relapse risk, and evolving guidelines.

The role requires an advanced clinical or scientific degree with 4+ years of MSL or related oncology experience, strong communication skills, and extensive travel (up to 70%).

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years MSL experience or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of hematology/oncology experience with therapeutic area expertise.
• Proven success in medical affairs, clinical development, or related roles.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs and investigators.
• Engage in peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML and related diseases.
• Communicate complex clinical data clearly to external stakeholders.
• Support disease-state education, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Capture field insights and contribute to strategic planning in Medical Affairs.
• Maintain clinical expertise through conferences and literature review.
