Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior data/product manager to own the roadmap for platforms supporting financial crimes data and analytics. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive enhancements, and manage risk and compliance within an agile SDLC.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills to translate business needs into scalable data solutions and to influence stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, and/or risk technology.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile framework.
• Experience with data warehouses and data lakes and data integration.
• Experience with SQL or PySpark.
• Familiarity with risk management and model governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops the technical platform strategy for analytics, detection models, and investigations.
• Maintains the product roadmap to maximize value.
• Executes and delivers through agile methodology with clear backlog and prioritization.
• Gathers and documents actionable technical requirements for complex projects.
• Analyzes data and identifies strategic improvements.
• Guides key decisions and drives innovation within the data platform area.
• Owns end-to-end risk for the product and remediation strategies.
