Job summary

TikTok in New York seeks a strategic Global Legal Compliance Project Manager to join the Global Legal Compliance (GLC) team. You will drive impactful compliance projects, manage the full project lifecycle, and support risk assessments and audit documentation.

The role requires solid FCC knowledge, AML/CTF, and KYC frameworks, and the ability to coordinate across business units, liaise with audits, and lead training and communications programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management.
• Extensive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management, specifically in a project management capacity within the fintech or tech industry.
• Advanced degree (JD, MBA) and professional certifications (PMP, CAMS, CFE) are strongly preferred.
