Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in risk compliance, reporting, governance.
• Experience mentoring staff, particularly Senior Analysts and junior team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing compliance policies at the operational level.
• Utilize and manage compliance tools to monitor adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Managers and Directors to foster governance.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing compliance reports for management.
• Provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor Senior Analysts and junior staff for leadership development.
• Address complex compliance issues using established procedures.
• Refine strategies with Managers/Directors to align with objectives.
