Job summary

Pathward is seeking a compliance analyst to analyze customer and transactional data for suspicious activity and file SARs/CTRs with regulators. The role involves evaluating multiple banking product types and regulatory requirements, while maintaining service levels and tight process controls.

You will handle inquiries, support monitoring strategies, and ensure quality across workstreams with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
• File SARs and CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity escalated by internal teams and partners.
• Maintain service levels and adherence to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls to provide monitoring and customer support.
• Maintain production, quality and leadership standards for assigned workstreams.
