• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
• Files SARs and CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity escalated by internal teams and external partners.
• Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies and compliance standards.
• Responds to inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and inquiries.
• Maintains standards of production, quality and leadership results for assigned workstreams.
• Other duties as assigned.
