Job summary

EY Consulting in the United States is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure Program Management Senior Manager to lead AMI pursuits and delivery across planning, mobilization and operations. You will guide multi-workstream teams and shape AMI program management opportunities in a major North American deployment, building trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, business or related field.
Approximately 10+ years of direct AMI program management experience.
Experience leading at least one large North American AMI deployment.
Professional services or consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs.
Approximately three or more years of consulting experience, including client service delivery and stakeholder management.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and delivery.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; travel 65–80%.

Responsibilities

Lead complex AMI pursuits and delivery engagements with focus on quality, risk management, client service and measurable outcomes.
Lead AMI program management pursuits including client strategy, solution development, pricing, proposals and internal approvals.
Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums and pursuit discussions.
Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, business process design, requirements and deployment.
Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, RAID and change control, vendor coordination and executive reporting.
Manage large, multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics across scope and staffing.
Develop AMI delivery methods and reusable assets while coaching workstream leads.
