Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AMI Technology Strategy & Vendor Management in Westminster, CA. You will shape the AMI 2.0 technology roadmap, govern requirements, and manage vendor ecosystems to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Hybrid work mode with on-site collaboration; relocation may be considered. You will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, procurement and IT to drive design decisions, risk management, and program success.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience supervising a team or project management.
Experience performing engineering work in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

Define and govern AMI 2.0 technology strategy and architecture across meters, networks, MDMS and analytics.
Lead end-to-end technical requirements governance including traceability and change control.
Oversee vendor technology and roadmap governance to align with AMI program objectives.
Serve as program lead for interoperability and standards engagement with DLMS/GEISA and industry forums.
Identify and mitigate technology risks, including cybersecurity and integration challenges.
Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, procurement, IT and vendors to ensure deployment success.
Develop executive-level technology strategies and decision materials.
Lead, mentor and develop a governance team.
