Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) seeks a Senior Manager, AMI Technology Strategy & Vendor Management to lead the AMI 2.0 technology strategy, governance of end-to-end requirements, and vendor roadmap management across meters, networks, MDMS, analytics, and IT/OT systems.

You will interface with AMI vendors, influence product direction, drive cybersecurity alignment, and ensure cross-vendor integration, certification readiness, and scalable solutions aligned with SCE’s long-term AMI 2.0 vision

Qualifications

• Five+ years supervising a team or direct reports.
• 10+ years in AMI or related technology including vendor or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern AMI 2.0 technology strategy and architecture.
• Lead end-to-end requirements governance, traceability, and change control.
• Oversee vendor technology roadmaps, releases, and certifications.
• Lead interoperability and standards engagement with DLMS, GEISA.
• Identify technology risks including cyber, dependencies, and integration.
