Job summary

City of New Orleans is seeking an entry-level data analyst to support AMI operations for the Sewerage and Water Board by studying meter data and generating reports.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• One year of experience that must have included the use of databases and other applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and generate and validate reports in support of Automated Metering operations.
• Conduct analysis through research, and interpretation of data from meter reading; design and document AMI reading system processes.
• Assist in managing vendor and support service relationships for software and equipment maintenance and service requests; perform related work as required.
