Job summary

TSMC Washington, LLC is seeking an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) Technician to perform preventative and basic maintenance, as well as electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on stockers/devices in a fast-paced clean room manufacturing setting. The role includes setup, calibration, failure analysis, and supporting AMHS items.

It operates on a compressed 12-hour day/night shift (4/3/3/4). You will work with mechanical and software engineers to diagnose issues and ensure fab

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills; database knowledge preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly; team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Solid mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift pass-downs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Stockers, MDLP, Vehicles.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers for troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair equipment per blueprints and procedures.
• Monitor AMHS system for abnormalities and prevent Fab impact.
• Learn AMHS configuration to manage vehicles/devices during alarms.
