Job summary

TSMC Washington is seeking a skilled technician to support tool performance and equipment reliability in a fast-paced cleanroom environment. You will collaborate with Equipment Engineers, Technicians, and vendors to optimize area performance and ensure accurate logs and status updates.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, a proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-site in Camas, WA with a demanding but rewarding schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors, Equipment Engineers, Equipment Technicians and other tool owners to improve area/tool performance.
• Perform basic tool maintenance and repairs according to operating instructions.
• Provide accurate and detailed information for equipment logs, repair data, and tool status at shift pass down.
• Certification on tools.
• Support the Thin Film - PVD area with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
