TSMC Washington is seeking an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) Technician to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on stockers, MDLPs, vehicles, and related AMHS equipment in a fast-paced clean room environment. The role operates on a 4/3/3/4 compressed 12‑hour day or night shift.
Responsibilities include maintaining logs, performing maintenance, and collaborating with engineers to diagnose and repair equipment per schematics and procedures.

As an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) Technician, you will perform preventative and basic maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on stockers/devices and will be responsible for supporting a variety of AHMS items. Perform setup, calibration, failure analysis, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance duties on Stockers, vehicles, and multi-layer dummy load ports (MDLP), in a fast-paced clean room manufacturing setting.
This role will work a 4/3/3/4 compressed 12-hour day or night shift.
At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $26.08 and $31.35 per hour. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range.
