Job summary

TSMC Washington, LLC is seeking an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) Technician to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on stockers, MDLP, and AMHS vehicles in a fast-paced clean room setting. You will work 12-hour day or night shifts (4/3/3/4) and collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure uptime and reliability.

Strong troubleshooting, blueprints reading, and MS Office skills are required, with a preference for an Associate degree or 3+ years in

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree or 3+ years in similar AMHS roles.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to read blueprints/schematics and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment logs and shift status pass-downs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Stockers, MDLP, and Vehicles.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers for troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair equipment per blueprints and procedures.
• Monitor AMHS system to prevent Fab impact and manage alarms.
