Job summary

TSMC Washington, located in Camas, WA, is hiring an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) Technician to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

The role requires either an Associate’s degree or 2+ years hands-on experience in engineering, robotics, electronics, or computer science. It is an on-site position with a 12‑hour shift schedule (day or night).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years hands-on in engineering/robotics/electronics/CS or related field.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical systems, and automation software or databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, setup, and basic failure analysis on AMHS equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hardware using schematics and manuals.
• Monitor AMHS system to prevent Fab operation impact; take corrective action.
• Manage system configurations during alarms or maintenance windows.
• Navigate AMHS software interfaces for restarts and troubleshooting.
