The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. On-site shifts include 12-hour day or night options with potential for night work.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair of complex electronic and mechanical systems.
• Analyze tool performance data to detect problems and suggest improvements.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential.
• Communicate within team and coordinate with MFG/Process to avoid production interruptions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment according to blueprints and procedures.
• Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift pass-downs.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Support equipment section with other duties as needed.
• Become certified on various tool types.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to meet goals.
• Diagnose and repair equipment per blueprints and written procedures.
