Job summary

TSMC Washington is seeking qualified maintenance technicians to repair and service complex electronic and mechanical systems on-site in Camas, WA. You will analyze tool performance, maintain logs, and perform preventative maintenance while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet quality and productivity goals.

The role offers 12-hour shift options, a starting hourly pay range of $23.55 to $31.24 with a broader range up to $33.85, and a comprehensive benefits package

Work Location & Schedule

This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location.Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next. This position will potentially be for night shift.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $23.55 and $31.24 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $23.55 - $33.85 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
