On-site at Camas, Washington, Monday–Friday. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next.
At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $23.55 and $31.24 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $23.55 - $33.85 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level.
TSMC's total compensation package also includes profit sharing and incentive bonuses, tuition assistance, and accrue 120 hours of paid time off annually their first year.
