Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking Manufacturing and AMHS Section Managers for the 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees new technology transfers, line setup, and cross-functional manufacturing activities to ensure smooth production and reliability. Occasional overseas training is possible, with on-site duties in Arizona.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in semiconductors, 2+ years in people management, and a BS in a related field. Expect on-call weekend support and strong ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of people management experience.
• 8 years in semiconductor industry.
• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Automation Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new technology transfers and production line setup.
• Oversee wafer-focused manufacturing across modules/departments.
• Drive production improvement to ensure smooth operations and meet targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Process Integration and Yield teams.
