Job summary

TSMC Arizona seeks Manufacturing and AMHS Section Managers to lead transfers and new production line setups in a 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix. You will oversee wafer manufacturing across modules, drive production improvements, and manage teams while collaborating with Engineering, Process Integration and Yield groups.

Applicants should have 8+ years in semiconductors, strong AMHS expertise, and a BS in relevant engineering or CS. On-site role with overseas training in Taiwan may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive semiconductor AMHS and equipment knowledge required.
• Experience with scheduling systems or optimization algorithms is essential.
• Familiarity with SPC/DOE principles and data-driven improvement.
• Strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead new technology transfers and production line setup for 4-nm fab.
• Direct wafer-focused manufacturing across multiple modules/departments.
• Drive production improvements to ensure smooth operations and capacity.
• Lead people management initiatives and develop teams.
