Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an AMHS/Manufacturing Section Manager to lead 4-nanometer wafer production, technology transfers, and line setups at Fab21 in Phoenix. You will oversee cross-functional teams and ensure continuous improvements across modules and departments.

The role requires strong AMHS knowledge, SPC/DOE proficiency, and a hands-on owner mindset with weekend/on-call commitments. Training may occur in Taiwan and Arizona.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in people management & development.
• 8 years of overall experience in semiconductor industry.
• BS degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical & Automation Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
• Hands-on participant with a strong sense of ownership.
• Weekend on-duty and phone availability during off-work hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead new technology transfers and new production line setup.
• Wafer-focused manufacturing in multiple modules/departments.
• Drive production improvement for smooth operation.
• Lead people management initiatives and development.
• Handle business-related functions in wafer manufacturing.
