Actalent is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to sustain Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) in a high-tech environment in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex electromechanical and software issues, and contribute to system uptime and reliability.

You will analyze logs, verify configurations, install updates, and document all activities. This role requires travel to customer sites, strong collaboration with engineering and operations, and

Qualifications

• 12+ months of hands-on experience in trouble shooting and maintaining industrial equipment.
• Associate degree or technical training in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field.
• 6+ months of verbal troubleshooting with coworker or customer.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AMHS to ensure reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues on automated equipment.
• Analyze logs and alarms to identify root causes of failures.
• Verify software revisions and hardware configurations for compliance.
• Install, configure, and validate hardware and software updates.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment status for traceability.
• Travel to customer sites to install and support AMHS equipment.
